THE STORY

Our good friend Mick from Forward Into War/ Street Fight in Australia contacted us about a Vengeance Tribute album that he was organising….

Most of the songs had already been chosen by other bands and he suggested that we do “Wake Up England”…the challenge was trying to figure out what Vernon (RIP) was actually saying…

If you listen to the original you will see what I mean. Our good friend Shaun in Scotland spent a week listening to it and trying to work out the words (cheers brother). I had to re-write some of the lyrics and we did our best to do the song justice….
